Soba Noodles and Jujube Cake

100 grams of soba noodles, 200 grams of plain flour, and 3 grams of yeast.

Add more than 30 degrees of warm water, about 150ml and form a dough. Fermentation is about 2 hours.

Prepare 1 large handful of pitted dried dates.

Wash and soak for two hours.

The noodles are ready, and the jujubes are soaked softly.

Chop the jujube and knead it into the dough.

Put it in the pot for second fermentation for half an hour. When it is time to ignite, steam the steamer for another half an hour after the water is boiled. Turn off the heat and open the lid for two minutes.

This is the steamed rice cake, just take it out with the cloth.
