Soft and Creamy Whipped Cream Rolls
1.
Put all the ingredients into the bread bucket to start a kneading process, and naturally ferment twice as big.
2.
After the dough is fermented, it is vented and divided into equal-sized doughs, rounded and relaxed for 15 minutes.
3.
Take a small dough and roll it into a tongue shape.
4.
Roll up.
5.
Roll it out again, the head getting thinner and thinner.
6.
Roll up from the thick end.
7.
Put them into the baking tray for the second fermentation.
8.
Put it in a preheated oven (you don’t need to preheat it after you have just used it) and heat it up and down at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
9.
Bake and let cool and delicious.
Tips:
Whipped cream should not be too much, the bread is not strong enough.
