Soul Lard Rice

Weigh out about 420g of rice, wash and soak the rice for 20 minutes.

Cut the lard into small pieces and add water to boil the lard.

Dice the washed rice, water, bacon and sausage into the pot, add some boiled lard, cover the pot, and start simmering.

When making lard, add some water to make the lard like white jade~
