Soup Pho
1.
Wash tomatoes and slice, peel and slice ginger for later use

Fry the eggs in hot oil first
3.
Fry the ginger slices for a while
4.
Add tomatoes and fry for two minutes
5.
Add some boiling water and cook for two minutes
6.
Add the rice noodles and eggs and cook until the soup boils, then add salt and pepper.
7.
Add some coriander at the end
