Sour and Spicy Fried Pork Liver

Ingredients: pork liver.

Ingredients: sour chili, garlic froth, ginger shreds.

Rub the pork liver with salt, clean it, cut into thin slices, drown in salt, a little soy sauce, and cooking wine for 1 minute.
