Sour and Spicy Noodles

Prepare the ingredients.

Put oil in the pot, pour the green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, peanut, and bay leaves.

After stir-fry until fragrant, add kimchi. (Cut kimchi into strips)

Add Pixian bean paste and stir fry together.

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and a small amount of five-spice powder and stir fry together.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Boil eggs in a small pot.

After the eggs are cooked, peel and cut open, prepare chopped green onions and garlic.

After the soup in the pot is boiling, add the sausage.

Then put the crystal powder into the pot and start to cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat after cooking, prepare a bowl and remove.

After putting it in the bowl, add eggs, minced garlic, white sesame seeds, and sprinkle some chopped green onions (to increase the color and flavor, it is better to put coriander in the pot) because the kimchi is sour, so I didn't add vinegar. According to personal taste, you can add a few drops of sesame oil to see if the sour and salty is suitable, then add salt and vinegar.
