Colorful Dumplings

Let’s look at how to make dumpling noodles. Mix pumpkin powder and purple potato powder with half a bowl of warm water.

Mix the noodles with the pumpkin powder liquid and the purple potato powder liquid separately, and then make a piece of white noodles. For each dough I use 200 grams of flour, about 120 grams of water, and 2 grams of salt. Knead the dough smoothly and make the filling. (The stuffing method is below)

Roll each dough into a thin strip, thicker than the surface of the dough you are going to make

Each piece of dough kneaded into strips is divided into three parts along the way

The three colors are grouped together to form a new dough. When connecting, you can apply some water on the contact surface, which will make it more sticky.

After rubbing, cut into even small doses

Flatten the small doses and roll them into a dumpling wrapper

Beat the eggs and fry them until they are fried. When frying, directly break them into small pieces. Cook the crystal powder 10 minutes in advance and then cool and chop. Wash the leeks and chop them. Put the processed materials in everything

Mix the filling with a few spoons of oil first, then add salt and oyster sauce and mix well again. In this way, after two treatments, there will be no water problem.

Finally, make the dumplings, use your familiar method to make them casually, just squeeze them to look good, and they will be very delicious.

Once wrapped, you can cook it. When the dumplings are cooked, the water will boil, add the dumplings, gently push and bring to a boil, a little bit of cold water to boil, just repeat it twice.
Tips:
Use fruit and vegetable powder to make the noodles. You can mix the powder and flour first, or you can let the water melt into the noodles like I did.
When making the stuffing, mix it with oil first, and then add the seasoning, so that the moisture of the leeks can be locked and the soup is not easy to come out.
