When I was young, the family would deep-fry some vegetarian meatballs during the New Year. When I was okay, we would grab and eat them. This is our childhood snack. I haven't eaten it for a long time.

Dried Fried Vegetarian Meatballs

1. Wash the carrots and shred them for later use.

2. Wash the white radish, shred and set aside.

3. Finely chop green onions and ginger.

4. Prepare half a pack of crystal powder.

5. Two kinds of radish shreds in the water. Put it in a pot under cold water, remove it after boiling, and soak it in cold water.

6. The crystal powder is also watered, the same as the radish water.

7. After finishing the three kinds of dishes in cold water, squeeze them dry by hand and chop them.

8. For the chopped vegetables, add a little salt, a little thirteen spices, chopped green onion and ginger, three tablespoons of starch, and two tablespoons of flour, and stir well.

9. Let the mixed ingredients stand for ten minutes.

10. Because I don't know how to knead balls, I knead out all the balls in advance, and they can be fried in a while. Experienced friends can make meatballs while frying.

11. The oil is 60% hot and put in the balls.

12. Fry on a small fire to set golden brown and remove it.
