Sour and Spicy Udon

Put the udon noodles in the iron kettle first, then pour some warm water

Cover the pot and select the steaming function

After cooking for 3 minutes, add the cut square legs! Continue to cover and cook for five minutes

After five minutes, boil the pan, pour in the chili oil and homemade chili sauce. Continue to simmer for 2 minutes
5.
After two minutes, add proper amount of vinegar and sprinkle some rosemary to serve.
6.
When you scoop out the noodles, you can place the two halves of the cooked egg in a bowl for decoration.
