Sour Bamboo Shoots

Prepare the materials in the picture.

Wash the sour bamboo shoots and wring out the water, shred the lean meat, add ginger, oyster sauce and peanut oil to marinate. The rest of the ingredients are prepared as shown in the picture.

Put the sour bamboo shoots in a hot pot and stir-fry the water (the sour bamboo shoots that are fried and boiled will have a richer taste).
