Many bamboo shoots sprout up in the small bamboo forest at the gate of parents before and after the Qingming Festival. After a few spring rains, they rushed straight up. The bamboo shoots I dug out myself, peeled off the shell, stewed soup, and roasted meat are delicious. Looking at a lot of fresh bamboo shoots that have not been processed, why not make some sour bamboo shoots for yourself?
