Sour Cowpeas with Minced Meat

Prepare the ingredients: sour cowpea, pork, light soy sauce, jiusan freshly squeezed soybean oil, green onion and ginger.

Wash the sour cowpea several times to remove the salty taste and chop into the bottom, the pork into the bottom, and the onion and ginger chopped for later use.

Tips:
1Because the sour cowpea has a salty taste, it is not necessary to add salt.
