Sour Cowpeas with Minced Meat

1. Prepare the ingredients in advance, blanch the sour cowpea in a boiling water pot (remove excess salt to avoid salty)

2. Cut pork belly and sour cowpea into small particles; chop garlic and ginger; cut green onion into flowers; cut pepper into sections and set aside

3. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot and heat it, add the pork belly foam and stir-fry, then add the ginger, garlic and chili to fragrant.

4. Then add the sour cowpea granules, add salt, soy sauce, and sugar to taste

5. Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
Tips:
1. Sour cowpea is recommended to be blanched in boiling water to avoid too salty
2. Peel the minced pork belly and cut into small particles
3. Putting sugar properly can improve freshness
