Sour Plum Soup

Ingredients: 38 grams of ebony plum, 25 grams of hawthorn, 3 grams of tangerine peel, 2 grams of licorice, 1500 grams of water, 225 grams of white sugar

Wash each material, pour it into a sand jar, add 500 grams of water, soak for 3-5 hours, add 500 grams of water.

Bring to a boil on medium heat, turn to low heat, simmer for 1 hour, and pour out. Add the remaining 500 grams of water, boil it again, and cook for half an hour

Pour into the first decoction and mix. Add sugar, stir while it is hot until it melts, pour out and drink
Tips:
The effective ingredients can be decocted only after the medicinal materials are fully soaked. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste.
