Sour Plum Soup

Wash all the ingredients with clean water and set aside (except osmanthus)

Use a non-woven bag or gauze bag to pack all the washed materials and fasten it!

Soak the material package in the prepared water (2500ml of cold water). In order to make the material package better release, it must be soaked for 60 minutes!

Bring the soaked water to a boil over high heat with the ingredients, then turn to a low heat and cook for 40 minutes. Remember to add rock sugar at 30 minutes!

Let the boiled sour plum soup cool and chill!

Sprinkle sweet-scented osmanthus and add ice cubes when you drink it. Definitely comparable to the old Wancheng Sour Plum Soup!
Tips:
It must be boiled over low heat, preferably in a casserole, soaking time and cooking time must be in place!
