Sour Plum Soup

All the ingredients are ready (you can prepare them yourself, or you can buy them directly at the Tongrentang pharmacy. There will be well-prepared sour plum soup ingredients for sale every summer).

So all the ingredients except the dried osmanthus and rock sugar are cleaned and put into the pot with enough water for about half an hour.

After soaking, boil on high heat and turn to medium-low heat for three hours, then add dried osmanthus and rock sugar and continue to cook for another hour, so add enough water at the beginning.

Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator for up to three days to finish drinking. It is very pleasant to have a cup of iced sweet and sour plum soup in the hot summer.
