Sour Plum Soup

The raw materials are weighed well.

Put all the ingredients in a basin, soak in cold water for 15 minutes, and rinse off.

Put it on the induction cooker, turn to a small fire after the high fire is boiled, or use a gas stove.

Simmer for an hour on low heat. When it is almost done, put the rock sugar in until it melts and then turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. There are many ingredients for sour plum soup. I am just one of them. Some recipes include sweet-scented sweet-scented osmanthus, roselle, etc., depending on your preference.
2. Putting too much rock sugar will cover up the sour taste. I think it tastes better if the sweetness and sourness are moderate.
