Sour Soup Mullet Fillet

The preparation materials are shown in the figure. (The fish is killed in the vegetable market, and the fish bones are separated from the fish fillets).

Add appropriate amount of steamed fish oil, salt, cooking wine and starch into the fish fillets and fish bones, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the tomato into moderately thick slices, slice the garlic and ginger, and cut the green onion and coriander into sections for later use.
