Sour Soup with Beef

Heat the pot and add the salad oil;

Add spicy millet, shredded ginger and sour soup sauce, stir fry until fragrant;

Add in water and boil;

Then add enoki mushrooms;

Cook for five minutes and remove;

Then add beef rolls;

Tips:
1. Flammulina velutipes takes a long time to cook, but fat beef takes a short time, so cook them separately;
2. The fat beef should be boiled and cooked. Don't cook it for too long. It will not taste good when it is old.
