South Milk Chicken Drumsticks
1.
Peel and wash chicken drumsticks. (My family doesn't eat skins, you can keep them if you like them.)
2.
Use a fork to make holes in the chicken thighs for better flavor.
3.
Put southern milk, southern milk, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine and sugar in a bowl.
4.
Mash and mix well. (At this time, you can compensate for the taste and adjust it according to your own taste.)
5.
Pour the southern milk into the chicken thighs, pinch evenly, and marinate for more than 3 hours
6.
Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, put the chicken legs in, and fry on high heat until the color changes.
7.
Turn it over and fry it again.
8.
Pour in the marinade and about 500ml of water and bring to a boil. Turn to medium and low heat for 20 minutes.
9.
Turn over halfway.
10.
Turn to high heat to collect the juice after 20 minutes.
11.
It has a strong fragrance and is very good for dinner.
Tips:
You can cook more chicken thighs at a time, and add more flavor the next day.
