According to legend, it originated in the Ming Dynasty, when rice noodles and flour were used to knead various animal and plant images and served as snacks on cruise ships, hence the name. After careful research by famous teachers, special rice noodles are used as raw materials, and the boat points are exquisite and exquisite, which can be tasted and watched. The fillings of the boat point are sweet, such as rose, red bean paste, sugar oil, jujube puree and so on. The salty ones are ham, scallion oil, chicken and so on. Generally, salty fillings are used for animal species and sweet fillings for plant species.
What I do with this term is to use two materials: glutinous rice flour and rice flour. When I first started, I was not particularly worried about the styling. I liked drawing and had a basic foundation. At that time, I was afraid that the ready-made boat-point greens would go out of shape after being steamed. The result came in my anxiety. Tips:
