Soy Bean Big Bone Soup

1. Put the soybeans in clean water and soak for more than five hours

2. Soak the big bone in clean water, soak it in bleeding water, and wash it off

3. Put it in a casserole and add enough water

4. Remove the foam after boiling

5. Add cooking wine

6. Ginger slices are also added

7. Boil on slow heat for about an hour

Note: The first time you need to add enough water, add cold water during the boiling process, it will not affect the concentration of the soup
