Soy Bean Muffin

1. Soak the red beans in clean water overnight;

2. Add butter, light cream and rock sugar to the skillet;

3. Stir while cooking;

4. Boil until rotten, set aside;

5. Muffin flour directly bought by a treasure;

6. Add eggs and milk;

7. Stir evenly, the consistency depends on personal preference;

8. Do not add oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, scoop a spoonful of batter, wait until small holes are formed on the surface, turn off the heat and let it rest for half a minute, turn it over and continue to fry;

Tips:
