1. Wash baby cabbage, control water, and tear it into small pieces by hand.

2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the scallions and ginger.

3. Get baby dishes.

4. Stir fry over high heat and stir-fry baby cabbage.

5. Add steamed fish soy sauce.

6. Continue to stir-fry until the baby cabbage is cooked and delicious.

7. Add a little water starch.

8. Until the juice is bright and slightly thick.

9. Lightly stir fry.

Tips:

I only used steamed fish soy sauce for this dish without adding salt.
