Soy Glutinous Rice Muffins

Prepare the ingredients first. Soybean flour can be fried and ground into powder

Add sifted glutinous rice flour, soybean flour, baking powder

Tips:
1. If it is self-grinding soybean flour, sieve it before measuring. Or stir-fry with raw soybean flour.
2. The temperature of the oven is subject to your own oven. Generally the surface color is almost ripe.
3. You can also use some dried fruits for decoration.
