Soy Milk and Rock Sugar Porridge

1. Use a soymilk machine to make soy milk in advance, wash the rice, red dates and wolfberry

2. Put soy milk, rice, red dates, and water in a pot and boil on high heat

3. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about half an hour

4. After cooking, add rock sugar and stir
