Tips:
Because the yeast is aging, the amount of yeast in this recipe is extremely large. Under normal circumstances, only 3 grams of yeast is sufficient.
If the bread rises poorly, you can adjust the fermentation time according to the actual situation. You don’t need to blindly use the automatic program to bake and pay attention to it. You can stop the machine when the color is satisfied. You do not need to wait for the program to end automatically, otherwise it may be baked
