Soy Milk Cold Noodles

Wash the soybeans and soak overnight

Bring to a boil in a pot of clean water, cook for 5 minutes, cook and remove

Soak the soybeans in cold water, rub them with your hands to form the bean skins, and then rinse the bean skins. Don't pour the water used to cook soybeans, let it cool and set aside.

Put it into the wall-breaking machine, add sesame seeds and boiled soybeans. If it is not enough, add some pure water.

Beat into pulp. There will be some froth, use a spoon to remove it, and add a little salt to taste. Keep in the refrigerator for later use.

Tips:
If the water for boiling soybeans is not enough, add some pure water. Soy milk will not be heated later, so do not add raw water.
If the soy milk has no time to refrigerate, you can add some ice cubes to cool down quickly. The noodles should be iced soy milk, and the noodles can be smooth and chewy.
