Soy Milk Pudding

Prepare the ingredients: dried soybeans, strawberry jam, milk, sugar, gelatin flakes, and water.

First, pick out the impurities and soak the soybeans for 8 hours.

Then put the soaked soybeans into the soymilk machine

Then add 600ml of water

Cover the lid of the soymilk maker

Open the Joyoung love cooking software on the mobile phone, select my soymilk machine—F5, and click the quick soymilk.

Soak two gelatine tablets in cold water for two to three minutes, and the soaking is just as soft. (It’s almost done and then soak again.)

After the soymilk is made, the mobile phone will sound a reminder that the work is complete. Open the lid and filter the soymilk out of the bean dregs.

Take a cup and add 30 grams of sugar.

Pour the soaked gelatin tablets to control the moisture and pour them into the cup.

Then pour 220 ml of soy milk from which the bean dregs have been removed into a cup, and stir until the sugar and gelatin slices are completely melted.

Add 100ml of milk and mix well

Then divide the mixed liquid into several small cups

Put the lid in the refrigerator freezer

When the liquid has solidified, you can take it out of the refrigerator. Open the lid and pour the strawberry jam diluted with water on the surface and start eating!
Tips:
1 If you like the tender taste, you can put a little less gelatine slices. I put two slices. I really like this taste.
2 Before doing it, you can weigh the total amount of liquid that can be placed in the small cup to be dispensed.
3 Strawberry jam is okay without dilution, but the surface is not flat. Strawberry jam can also be changed into other sauces as you like.
