Soy Milk Yogurt

1. Pick soybeans with full grains and soak for 8 hours. Then pour out the water, cover the soybeans with moist gauze, and let them germinate at room temperature for 2 hours;

Put the soybeans and 1000ml of water into the soymilk machine. After the soymilk is ready, cool it to about 40°C, pour the bacterial powder and stir evenly, then pour it into the yogurt machine and keep it warm for 8-10 hours;

After the soy milk yogurt is made, put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, and the taste will be better. When eating, you can add honey, jam, fruit or nuts according to your personal taste for better flavor.
Tips:
1. After soaking the soybeans, they will germinate for another 2 hours, so that the soybeans will grow about 1cm of germ. At this time, the content of free amino acids and lactic acid bacteria in the soy milk yogurt made has been significantly increased, and the nutritional value is higher.
2. It is not recommended to use commercially available bags of soy milk. Insufficient soy milk concentration will affect the solidification of soy milk and yogurt
