Soy Milk Yogurt

Soak the soybeans for more than 4 hours in advance

Put the soybeans and water into the soymilk machine

Press the function key of the soymilk machine【filter-free wet beans】

After the soymilk machine works, there will be thick soymilk

Place the soy milk to cool to about 30°C, pour in the yogurt fungus powder, and mix well

Put the soy milk into the yogurt machine and keep it warm for 6-8 hours
Tips:
1 The prepared soy milk does not need to be filtered. If you want a smoother taste, you need to filter it. I personally prefer to filter it. The soy milk and yogurt made from very fine and thick soy milk taste better.
2 Soy milk must be cooled before adding yogurt bacteria powder. If there is no yogurt bacteria powder, it can be replaced with yogurt. The amount can be arbitrary. It is better to ferment for a long time in a small amount. Too much will easily become sour and affect the taste.
