Soy Pork Knuckle Soup
1.
Cut each pig's feet into eight small pieces, soak them in clean water for two hours to remove the blood, and then blanch them in a pot of clean water. Then clean it and set aside.
2.
Soak the soybeans overnight in advance.
3.
Prepare all kinds of aniseed ingredients and put them into tea bags.
4.
Put the pig's feet, soybeans, ginger, green onions, cooking wine, salt, and aniseed in the pressure cooker, and add water to cover the ingredients.
5.
Set the ribs on the electric pressure cooker for about 15 minutes, then simmer until there is no air pressure and open the lid naturally.
Tips:
1. Don't have too much aniseed, just a little to enhance the flavor.
2. The amount of water can be handled according to your own preferences.
3. The pig's feet want to eat soft and rotten. If the mouth melts, you can add a little more time. If you like to chew on the bones, it can be shorter than this time. I set the time just right. It is easy to eat the meat and can be on the bones. One nibble on top.
