Soy Sauce Fried Rice

The most important thing to make fried rice is that the rice must be cooked overnight. Mine was steamed at noon yesterday and kept in the refrigerator for one night. Pour the soy sauce and stir well.

Hot pot. When the lard suet is melted, pour in the beaten eggs and stir fry quickly. Don't scramble the eggs. Pour the rice quickly. Stir-fry over high heat for two minutes. Fry out the moisture inside.

Tips:
If there is no overnight, Chen rice. When using fresh rice, you must use harder ones.
