Soy Trotter Soup
1.
Soak the soybeans in advance and wash them.
2.
Blanch the trotters and set aside.
3.
Add trotters, soybeans, sliced ginger and pepper to the pot.
4.
Cook on the electric pressure cooker for 25 minutes.
5.
When the pressure cooker is exhausted, add salt to taste.
6.
Bowl.
Tips:
1. Soak the soybeans in advance, so the soaked soybeans are easier to boil.
2. Blanch the trotters to get rid of blood water and peculiar smell.
3. The hair on the trotters must be cleaned, and the tendons should be cooked for a longer time before they are soft and delicious.
