The pickled potherb must be mixed with the cooked soybeans without adding salt. It is light and delicious as a side dish for porridge or wine.

1. This is fresh snow red

2. The pickling is relatively simple. It is pickled. Take it out the night in advance and soak in clear water, otherwise it will be too salty.
