Spanish Slow Cooker Chicken

Chop the cabbage, cut the onion into pieces, remove the seeds and cut the red pepper, cut the small potatoes, and cut the tomato into cubes.

Chicken breast is sliced and marinated in black pepper and salt for a slow Spanish stew.

Put all the ingredients in a cast iron pot, make the cabbage base, and then add the marinated chicken breast, red pepper, onion, potato, diced tomatoes and peas.

Add white wine, tomato sauce, and chili powder, simmer for two hours, and it will come out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The original method is to use a whole chicken breast, and the chicken breast is sliced for better taste.
2. Be sure to use low heat when simmering slowly.
