This kind of regional-style fried rice is a little different from traditional fried rice due to the addition of tomatoes and peppers~~~ Seafood-loving TX can add some shrimp, clams and other seafood~·~ But I only used onions today. , Green and red peppers and other vegetarian dishes, although there is no meat, but the taste is definitely not inferior~~~The materials are still simple, the process is simple~~~This is the cooking principle that I adhere to, O(∩_∩)O haha~ "

Spanish Style Fried Rice

1. Peeling tomatoes: now a cross knife is placed on the top of the tomatoes

2. Then put it in boiling water and blanch for a while

3. Take it out and let it cool for a while and you can easily remove the skin

4. Peeled tomatoes, stalked and diced

5. Wash the green and red peppers, remove the seeds and cut into dices, dice the onion, and mince the garlic

6. Prepare the rice [either freshly cooked or overnight, if it is freshly cooked, the rice should be cooked a little bit dry, don’t cook too wet~~~]

7. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot and sauté the minced garlic

8. Add diced onion and saute until fragrant

9. Add tomatoes and stir-fry until soft

10. Then add sugar, tomato sauce, light soy sauce, salt, black pepper and stir well

11. Add the rice and diced green and red peppers, stir fry and stir well, then out of the pot

Tips:

1. Peeling tomatoes can better fry the tomato juice, and peeling can increase the taste of tomatoes;

2. Add tomato sauce to make the tomato sauce more intense;

3. The rice is better to be dry, because water will come out after the tomatoes are fried. The dry rice will absorb the tomato sauce and it will not be soft. If the rice is too wet, it will absorb the tomato sauce. If it is, it will be soft and rotten, the rice will not be Q, and the taste will be lost;

4. If you like spicy TX, you can add some chili~~~
