Spanish Style Fried Rice

Peeling tomatoes: now a cross knife is placed on the top of the tomatoes

Tips:
1. Peeling tomatoes can better fry the tomato juice, and peeling can increase the taste of tomatoes;
2. Add tomato sauce to make the tomato sauce more intense;
3. The rice is better to be dry, because water will come out after the tomatoes are fried. The dry rice will absorb the tomato sauce and it will not be soft.
