Spice Apple

Wash the apples and peel them with a corer and set aside.

Put all the ingredients in a ceramic pot, bring to a boil over medium-low heat, cover the pot, turn to low heat, and cook for about 20 minutes until the apples become soft. Turn off the heat and set aside until slightly cool.

Put it in the refrigerator and chill until it is cool. Take out slices and eat.
Tips:
• Cooked apples will taste better if they are soaked for a day and eaten.
• In addition to small red apples, green apples can also be used.
