Spiced Braised Pork Heart

Wash the ingredients to be marinated and drain the water

The cleaned pig heart and other ingredients are blanched in a pot with cold water

Prepare a package of your own halogen seasoning or make your own package

Tips:
1. The pig's heart has no taste when it is just cooked, and it will only taste after soaking. If it is soaked overnight, it will taste better.
