Malan head removes the roots, removes the bad leaves, leaves the fresh and tender leaves, and washes them.

Put water in the pot, blanch the cleaned Malan head in water and blanch it until cooked.

Put the blanched Malan head in the Tamiro, put the Tamiro in the water, rub the Malan head with your hands, and foam will appear. After washing off the bubbles, squeeze the water.
