Spiced Pork Floss

Wash the pork, add green onion, ginger, star anise, pepper, add water to submerge the pork, pressure cooker to cook

After the pork is cooked, use chopsticks to spread the meat as soon as it is done. When it is done, pick up the meat and place it on the plate.

Start to make the sauce, mix the soy sauce, five-spice powder, salt and sugar evenly, set aside

Heat the wok first, add oil, if you want to eat crispy, add more oil, otherwise don't add too much, put the pork floss in, reduce the heat to the minimum, and fry the pork floss until half dry

Add the sauce and continue to fry, keep the heat on low during this period, don't be impatient!

Stir-fry for about 40 minutes, and the crispy pork floss is ready!

After the pork floss is fried, put it on a dry plate, let it cool first, and put it in a fresh-keeping bag or bottle immediately. You are not afraid of resurgence! Use dry chopsticks to pick it out when you want to eat
