Spiced Salted Peanuts

1. Most fresh peanuts have a layer of mud on the outside, soak them in clean water for a while, scrub them with a brush, and rinse them off.

2. Pinch the top of all peanuts with your fingers to make it easier to taste.

3. Put the cleaned peanuts into a boiling pot, and pour double the amount of water over the peanuts.

4. Prepare aniseed

5. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat, add the aniseed and salt to the pot and simmer for about half an hour.

6. The boiled peanuts are soaked in salt water, and they will taste better when they are delicious.

7. Peanuts are easy to deteriorate in summer. After they are completely cooled, they should be sealed and refrigerated.
