Spicy and Enjoyable---mixed Beef with Spicy Sauce

Wash the beef and soak it in clean water for 1 hour, changing the water once in between.

Add enough water to the pot, add the beef to a boil and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until all the blood is precipitated.

Remove the beef and rinse off the surface foam with clean water.

Put it in the boiling water pot and cook for 3-5 minutes to remove, rinse with clean water, repeat 3-4 times.

The seasoning is soaked in warm water to remove the bitterness in the spices.

Pour clean water into the pot, add sliced green onion and ginger, and seasoning box.

Add beef after boiling over high heat and add salt.

Add sugar and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.

Turn to low heat and add a lid to simmer for 1 hour, turn off the heat and soak for more than 2 hours, take it out and wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator.

Take out and cut into thin slices.

Cut green and red peppers into small circles, cut coriander into sections, and chop garlic into fine pieces.

Mix 1 tablespoon of Jiuzhuang oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of tempeh sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil to make a sauce. Stir in the beef.
