I especially like to eat spicy tofu, but I always feel that the outside is not delicious, so I personally do it. I don't need white tofu. The dried tofu I used this time is really delicious.

Spicy and Refreshing Q Bombs are Biting, Spicy Tofu

1. Material preparation.

2. Dry the beans and cut them in half. Use kitchen paper to dry the surface and set aside.

3. Put 200ml of rapeseed oil in the pot, put the dried beancurd into the pot and fry until small bubbles are golden on the surface.
The carp brand rapeseed oil I use is different from ordinary rapeseed oil. It doesn't have that unique smell and is particularly fragrant.

4. Fry all the tofu and fish out.

5. Pour out the oil in the pot and leave a little bit to saute the ginger and garlic.

6. Put the dried tofu back in the pot, and add water that has just covered the dried tofu.

7. Add the Xiaoshijiao spicy and spicy pot ingredients, and add the amount according to your own taste.

8. When the soup is about to dry, pour the sesame seeds into the pot.

9. Stir and mix evenly and serve. It is spicy and flavorful, with fragrant white sesame seeds. It is super delicious.

Tips:

If there is no ready-made sauce, you can also try Pixian bean paste with a little sugar instead. The taste is also good.
