Classic Vegetarian Dumplings... Leek Tofu Dumplings

Add appropriate amount of salt to flour.

Add green vegetable juice to synthesize cucumber dough and set aside.

Finely chop dried white beans.

Finally add sesame oil and mix well.

Knead into raw dumplings.

Tips:
Tofu dumplings, using dried tofu to make it tastes good with little moisture.
Chop the tofu and stir-fry it, not only to remove excess water, but also to make the tofu taste better.
