Spicy Beef Braised Tofu

First prepare the soft tofu and cut it into small cubes of 1.5 cm square

Heat oil in a wok, add chopped green onion, tempeh and A Kuan spicy beef sauce and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor

After adding the tofu, do not stir fry in a hurry, shake the pot gently to make it evenly heated, then add appropriate amount of water and simmer for seven or eight minutes

When the soup is almost dry (you can add a little salt to the heavy mouth), pour in the water, starch and gently push it with a spatula, so that the soup is wrapped on the tofu
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion at the end.
