I accidentally found soba at the shop where I often go to sell noodles, so I bought it and tried a little. Although the noodles I originally made were all mixed with soba flour, I have never made pure soba noodles because I was afraid that the noodles would be broken when I made it. It feels like that. . . So I bought some for myself, served with braised minced beef and beef sauce, and I had lunch!

Spicy Beef Soba Noodles

1. Mince scallions and braised beef, beat eggs into a bowl, and shred carrots and cucumbers

2. Pour a little cooking wine and beat the eggs

3. Pour oil in the pan, add the egg liquid and spread it into pancakes

4. Take out the spread omelet and shred it

5. Leave oil on the bottom of the pot, add green onions and carrots and stir fry a little

6. Put the beef sauce in a bowl and add a little bit of sesame oil

7. Put the soba noodles in the pot and the noodles will be cooked

8. Put the cooked noodles directly into the bowl of beef sauce, put the sliced vegetables and eggs on top, sprinkle with ground beef and a little cooked sesame, and start eating~

Tips:

The beef sauce itself has a salty taste, so put the noodles directly into the beef sauce, and you can eat it right after serving.
