Spicy Boiled Fish
1.
One grass carp, clean it up.
2.
Cut off the fish fillet, and chop off the head, fins, and tail.
3.
Cut the fish into thin slices, chop the fish head in half, and rinse.
4.
Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, pour the marinated fish ingredients in the boiled fish seasoning, mix well with chopsticks, and marinate for 20 minutes.
5.
Soy bean sprouts (bamboo shoots would be better, I didn't buy them), blanch them and put them on the bottom of the plate.
6.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the wok, add ginger slices and boiled fish marinade, and bring to a boil. Add the fish fillets and cook for six minutes on high heat.
7.
Put the fish on a plate lined with soybean sprouts, sprinkle with shredded green onions and dried ingredients.
8.
In another pot, boil 100 grams of vegetable oil and pour it evenly on the fish.
