Spicy Cabbage Pork Belly Fried Rice

Chop the spicy cabbage and set aside. (Try to choose spicy cabbage that is not fully fermented and ripened).

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and mince the garlic for later use.

Pour oil in the pan, heat it up, add garlic and fry until fragrant, then add pork belly and stir-fry until cooked.

Add the sliced spicy cabbage and continue to stir fry several times. Turn off the heat, pour the overnight white rice into the pot and mix well. Turn on a low heat, pour in a little sesame oil and stir fry a few times.

Finally, sprinkle small chives (or eat bibimbap seaweed).
