Spicy Chicken Gizzards

Wash chicken gizzards and set aside

Carrots, green peppers, shredded, green onions, sliced ginger and set aside

Put the chicken gizzards in the pressure cooker, add the water that is level with the chicken gizzards, add a spoon of soy sauce, two spoons of cooking wine, green onions, ginger slices, an star anise, pressure for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker

Put the sliced carrot and chili shreds

Make one juice, two spoons of chili oil, two spoons of sesame oil, one spoon of salt, one spoon of monosodium glutamate, one spoon of sugar, two spoons of white vinegar or mature vinegar

Stir evenly, add appropriate amount of sesame seeds and serve on a plate.
Tips:
You can also add some minced garlic or coriander according to personal taste
